This warranty does not cover any problems with non-defective Oelo products caused by improper installation or conditions and handling beyond Oelo’s control. Please review our warranty inclusions to determine if Oelo will cover the cost of this replacement before submitting. Your customers’ system MUST be registered for Oelo to warranty these items.
This Replacement Controller Component Kit can be used to repair faulty controller components, and includes these replacement items, should you need to replace any or all of these parts:
- 2 LEDs (one for the defective LED, plus one to replace the LED after the defective LED)
- 4 Blue Butt Connectors
- 2 Pink Butt Connectors
You MUST return all faulty components, or a hold will be placed on your next Warranty Replacement Parts Order. A return shipping label will be provided with your replacement parts order.
