Oelo warranties defective controller components for five (5) years. This warranty does not cover any problems with non-defective Oelo products caused by improper installation or conditions and handling beyond Oelo’s control. Please review our warranty inclusions to determine if Oelo will cover the cost of this replacement before submitting. Your customers’ system MUST be registered for Oelo to warranty these items.
This Replacement Controller Component Kit can be used to repair faulty controller components, and includes a full controller that can be swapped out and re-installed. (You will need to repeat the registration process to set up the system.) The kit does not include the system’s existing wires or transformer.
You MUST return all faulty components, or a hold will be placed on your next Warranty Replacement Parts Order. A return shipping label will be provided with your replacement parts order.
